GAP is a transformative platform that turns academic theories for problem solving into realities of the world and in particular the corporate world, not only that the graduate’s ability to plan and implement get to be tested, but the graduate is also presented with an opportunity to take a leadership role in the implementation of their ideas.
Do you think you have an idea on how Africa could change or improve how it does business, then GAP is your platform. Tholo Capital is looking for enthusiastic and talented graduates to be part of Graduate Advisory Panel (GAP) to fill in the skills gap. The GAP programme is meant to provide support to the bright and talented graduate by offering them a platform where their voice regarding corporate advancement in Africa could be escalated to the global standards whilst channelling benefits to the intended beneficiaries.
Kindly note that our GAP focusses on best business practices that have the potential to fairly benefit the owners of factors of production in Africa.
